Guest Parking Rules
Permit Required
. When parked on USC property, a valid USC permit is required at all times. There are no free all day or temporary parking areas. Please stop at our gate entrances and speak with Customer Services Representatives about what parking options are best for your visit.
Posted Signs
. Please read all posted signs prior to parking. Doing so could prevent mistakes and costly citations.
Reserved Spaces.
Any spaces marked Reserved are assigned to a specific person. Please do not park in these spaces at anytime. These spaces are reserved 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
Carpool Spaces.
Spaces marked Carpool require displaying a valid USC Carpool permit 7am-5pm weekdays only. Please look for signs on walls that will have arrows on them identifying a area or row that has been assigned to Carpool permits. You may also find markings on the ground that will say Carpool. The same rule applies.
Compact Only / No SUV parking
. Please ensure when parking in a USC parking structure, all spaces marked Compact Only or No SUV, requires that your vehicle size meets that guideline. If your vehicle's width takes up the entire space and/or protrudes over the lines of that space or prevents cars on either side of getting in or out of their vehicle or space, we ask you to relocate to a larger space that is not restricted and wider in size. Parking in these restricted spaces with a vehicle deemed too large as outlined above can result in a citation for Incorrect Parking area.
Metered Parking
. We have (2) types of metered parking. Curbside meters require coin deposits 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. No Reservation, Daily/Guest passes or USC permits are allowed on the meters at anytime. Parking on an inoperable meter is subject to citation. Please relocate to another working meter or you must report the faulty meter to the nearest gate attendant to have the meter inspected while waiting.

. Please refrain from parking in non-designated spaces, fire lanes, mall ways, sidewalks, or taking up more than one parking stall(this is determined by your tires crossing the double lines).
Parking area FULL
