Disabled Parking
Students, Faculty, and Staff MUST display both a valid USC parking permit and your
DMV issued placard/license plate when parked anywhere on the USC campus,
including meters.
Warning
TrojanTransportation is taking proactive measures to ensure all disabled spaces
are occupied by the intended users and are more available. In order to minimize
this problem we are implementing aggressive Parking Enforcement, subsequently higher
fines and administrative measures for persons found illegally parking and/or unauthorized
possession of a disabled placard. Part of our aggressive enforcement will be to
conduct random disabled space audits. Our trained enforcement officers; authorized
by law (CVC section 22511.56) can and will demand disabled placard users (during
the audit) to present their DMV issued disabled placard identification card or registration
card.
