Vanpool

The Vanpool program is designed to help you save money and avoid the hassle of commuting to campus by providing affordable shared transportation through the use of our Midway Vans for USC employees, faculty, and students.

Benefits of Vanpooling

• Gives you a chance to relax
• Vans for this program are available through Midway Rideshare
• Van maintenance (i.e. vehicle insurance, fuel, washed and cleaned) is arranged on a weekly basis
• Save money on gasoline, parking costs, vehicle maintenance, and insurance
• Prolong the life of your current vehicle by reducing overall miles

Vanpooling Information

• Operation: Daily or Occasional (i.e. Once or twice a week/month)
• Guaranteed Emergency Ride home available through USCTransportation
• Each Vanpool rider receives 3 free parking passes monthly
• Fees can be added to USC fee bill or deducted from pay
• You can reduce taxable pay by having the fees withdrawn directly from your pay prior to taxes being assessed by submitting this form with your application
• Van maintenance (i.e. vehicle insurance, fuel, washed and cleaned) is arranged on a weekly basis
